As a key contributor to their continued success, you will play an instrumental role in developing and implementing growth strategies that drive financial gains and enhance customer satisfaction.

Challenges you would face

  • Identifying new markets and customer needs through comprehensive research
  • Promoting the company's products and services to align with client objectives
  • Preparing sales plans, business plans, and product development plans to meet sales targets
  • Providing valuable insights on market trends, competition, customer requirements, and product features
  • Delivering sales presentations and representing the company at industry trade shows
  • Maintaining accurate sales records using Sales Force to support accounting activities
  • Offering accurate and timely forecasts to management
  • Staying updated on technical/product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and industry trends
  • Building new collaborations and nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Analyzing customer requirements and advocating the use of company products and services
  • Collaborating with Product Line Management and keeping abreast of new products and customer-relevant information
  • Managing cross-functional activities within the sales cycle, including pre-sales, services, customer support, and finance
  • Cultivating long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales cycle, from marketing to collection
  • Continuously update your professional and technical knowledge by participating in industry workshops, reviewing relevant publications, and expanding your personal network

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in new business development and sales, particularly in the telecommunications sector
  • Demonstrate expertise in Sales and Account Management in the Telecommunications Industry
  • Have prior experience in the telecom industry or data networking
  • Strongly preferred experience in Vertical Markets sales in LATAM
  • Understand the dynamics of vertical markets, including factors driving customer satisfaction, decision-making processes, and internal procurement procedures
  • Project a professional presence and have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with C-Level executives
  • Operate with a high level of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration
  • Possess experience in telecommunications, with knowledge of microwave transmission being a valuable advantage
  • Showcase exceptional negotiation skills
  • Be proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
