Our client, a leading software company in the floral industry, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their team. With a focus on B2B e-commerce and payments software, they manage over $1 billion in annual transactions and are based in Miami, Florida, with a significant presence in Medellin, Colombia. Their clientele spans across growers, importers, wholesalers, and retail florists globally. The role is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Colombia, and will involve engaging with clients across Latin America, the USA, and Canada.

Challenges you would face

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the floral industry to meet customer needs and adapt to industry trends
  • Drive sales of enterprise SaaS solutions, understanding client business processes
  • Use CRM tools, such as Salesforce, for customer management and sales analysis
  • Develop strategies with the sales and marketing team for client acquisition and account expansion

The ideal candidate

  • A strong background in the floral industry and enterprise SaaS sales
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
