Overview
Our client, an esteemed institute specializing in Assisted Reproduction in Latin America, with a legacy of 18 years, is seeking a dynamic Regional HR Manager. This strategic role is pivotal in driving HR initiatives that align with the company's mission, culture, and operational excellence. The Regional HR Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external partners to deliver HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Challenges you would face
- Understand and align with the business's vision and goals, working in close partnership with the regional leadership team
- Develop and execute a regional HR strategy that supports business growth and expansion
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Develop and implement performance management programs to enhance employee development and engagement
- Drive employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution strategies
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market
- Collaborate with training and development teams to identify skill gaps and implement training programs
- Manage HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across the region
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience with companies of a similar size
- Direct managerial experience working with CEOs
- Ability to immerse in operations and provide solutions
- Up-to-date knowledge in HR trends and practices
- HR Generalist profile
- Self-management skills
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Adaptability to change
