Overview
A dynamic and customer-oriented Onboarding Specialist is sought by our client. This role is central to ensuring new customers have a seamless and positive introduction to the company's services. The specialist will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the initial stages of engagement with the company.
Challenges you would face
- Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers, introducing the live chat platform, its features, and best practices
- Establish strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact during onboarding
- Tailor onboarding to meet specific customer needs and objectives
- Provide training on the effective use of the live chat software and other services
- Work closely with internal teams for a smooth customer transition to active service usage
- Collect customer feedback on the onboarding experience for continuous improvement
- Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer onboarding, client relations, or support
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with diverse customers
- Adaptable to different communication styles
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Technologically proficient, especially with software functionalities

- Experience in the SaaS industry or with live chat software
