Overview
The HR Manager will ensure effective performance management processes and timely staffing. This role is pivotal in planning, directing, and coordinating the organization's HR functions, from recruitment and selection to performance management and organizational culture initiatives.
Challenges you would face
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and performance management processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with business objectives
- Develop and nurture talent, manage internal communications, and evaluate team performance
- Design and implement HR strategies that support high-volume recruitment and high-performance standards
- Develop organizational culture initiatives that foster a positive work environment
- Generate and report management indicators, proposing improvements that align with strategic business goals
The ideal candidate
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years experience in generalist HR roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven experience in HR strategy development, particularly in high-volume recruitment and performance management in large teams
- Preferably with previous experience in B2B service companies
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented with a results-driven approach
- Fluent in English is ideal

- Previous experience in handling HR for remote teams, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of virtual work environments
