This role is crucial for providing operational support to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage incidents efficiently, maintain accurate documentation of services provided to clients, and perform gentle collection management to ensure service continuity. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background in data centers and cloud connectivity who can proactively engage with clients.

Challenges you would face

  • Ensure optimal operation for clients by managing incidents, raising tickets, and restoring operations to normalcy
  • Keep client service documentation up-to-date to ensure transparency and complete knowledge of provided services
  • Conduct gentle collection efforts to ensure the continuity of services

The ideal candidate

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and the internal team
  • Proactivity in addressing issues and seeking solutions
  • Technical proficiency with solid knowledge in data centers, cloud connectivity (AWS, GCP, Azure), and ticketing tools
