Overview
Our client, a boutique firm specializing in business development and strategic growth, is seeking a Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is critical in promoting and selling innovative solutions to enhance client business strategies effectively. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic professional capable of driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and achieving business targets in a fast-paced environment.
Challenges you would face
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Present, negotiate, and close sales deals while highlighting the value of products and services
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
The ideal candidate
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
