Overview

A dynamic and customer-oriented Onboarding Specialist is sought by our client. This role is central to ensuring new customers have a seamless and positive introduction to the company's services. The specialist will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the initial stages of engagement with the company.

Challenges you would face

  • Conduct onboarding sessions with new customers, introducing the live chat platform, its features, and best practices
  • Establish strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary contact during onboarding
  • Tailor onboarding to meet specific customer needs and objectives
  • Provide training on the effective use of the live chat software and other services
  • Work closely with internal teams for a smooth customer transition to active service usage
  • Collect customer feedback on the onboarding experience for continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed records of onboarding activities and customer interactions in the CRM system

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, Google, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer onboarding, client relations, or support
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with diverse customers
  • Adaptable to different communication styles
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Technologically proficient, especially with software functionalities
