Overview
Our client, a strategic leader in scaling businesses globally, is seeking a dynamic individual to steer their clients' international expansion strategies. This role involves managing and executing growth plans for Latin American companies aiming to establish a presence worldwide.
Challenges you would face
- Strategically guide Latin American businesses in their global expansion efforts
- Manage projects within the client's expansion plan
- Conduct weekly meetings with each client, including owners or managers, to assess and track expansion strategies
- Lead result-oriented teams and contribute to internal and external training sessions on service exports
- Propose and research innovative approaches to ensure effective expansion strategies
- Oversee client expansion across various communication channels such as Slack and Podio
The ideal candidate
- Individuals with a minimum of 2 years in B2B client management
- Experience leading teams of three or more people is required
- Minimum of 2 years in business project management including strategy design, implementation, monitoring, reporting, and deviation resolution
- Excellent communication skills for teamwork and interactions with business owners
- Quick learner with a results-oriented approach and analytical skills
