Challenges you would face
- Lead generation and prospecting using various channels to identify new business opportunities
- Qualify leads thoroughly by assessing potential based on budget, project urgency, and implementation timelines
- Manage customer documentation within the ERP system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated throughout the sales cycle
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, to manage client interactions and sales documentation
- Strong proactive approach in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and build strong customer relationships
- Organized and meticulous with documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Persistent in achieving sales goals, with a polite and determined approach
Plus
- At least one year of experience in similar roles
- Experience using lead generation tools like Apollo or Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of the financial industry
- Technical understanding of data centers and cloud connectivity
