Overview
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Sales Manager to lead our commercial team in the Head Hunting field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing commercial activities, from prospecting to closing, maintaining a client-focused approach, and contributing to the continuous growth of the company.
Challenges you would face
- Actively identify and prospect new clients across various sectors
- Develop effective strategies to expand the client portfolio
- Lead persuasive service demonstrations, tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the team to constantly improve service presentation
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to successful closure
- Maintain a strong and ongoing relationship with existing clients
- Provide personalized service and ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance analysis and present detailed reports
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize commercial strategies
The ideal candidate
- Advanced English proficiency
- Experience in consultancy and Head Hunting
- Knowledge of the recruitment cycle
- Knowledge in IT profiles
- Communication and negotiation skills
