Overview

A motivated and results-oriented Client Partner is needed by our client, with a strong focus on upselling, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and churn reduction. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maximizing customer lifetime value by developing robust relationships, encouraging product adoption, and executing strategies to enhance revenue and minimize churn.

Challenges you would face

  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Engage proactively with customers to increase product adoption and value realization, boosting retention and NRR
  • Identify upsell opportunities by understanding evolving customer needs and presenting relevant enhancements
  • Execute upsell opportunities flawlessly, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Analyze customer data and feedback, providing insights for product improvement
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally and represent the company's interests externally, ensuring a positive experience at all touchpoints

The ideal candidate

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; additional Customer Success certifications advantageous
  • Proficient in Hubspot, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, including Tech, Service, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in a Chat company, SaaS, or related industry
  • Proven success in upselling, renewals, and churn reduction, with a track record in NRR and upsell targets
  • Understanding of customer success metrics (NPS, CSAT, retention rates, lifetime value)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with various customer levels
  • Analytical mindset for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a customer-centric approach

  • Additional certifications in Customer Success, demonstrating a commitment to the field and an understanding of best practices and methodologies
  • Proficiency in customer success and relationship management tools beyond the basic requirements, such as advanced CRM software skills or specialized software relevant to the industry
