This role is key to the company's expansion, focusing on forging new relationships and securing deals with hotels. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in growing the company's network of hotel partnerships, both by acquiring new partners and enhancing relationships with existing ones.

Challenges you would face

  • Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and securing of new hotel partnerships to expand the company's influence in the hospitality industry
  • Actively seek and establish relationships with potential hotel partners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new hotel partnerships
  • Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline, incorporating new hotel deals
  • Conduct market research to identify partnership expansion opportunities
  • Develop lead generation strategies targeting key decision-makers in the hotel industry
  • Represent the company at industry events to foster new relationships and stay informed about market trends
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing hotel partners
  • Engage in direct customer interaction to promote the company's services and ensure partner satisfaction
  • Set strategic objectives for business development in assigned territories
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals
  • Continuously update industry knowledge and share insights with the team

The ideal candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in B2B sales and negotiation within the hospitality/travel industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Advanced interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with partners
  • Strong phone presence and experience making numerous calls per day
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities and meet or exceed targets
  • Passionate, committed, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality
  • Digital fluency in web and digital technologies
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and write report
