With a firm commitment to innovation and quality, the company is expanding its footprint in the U.S. Midwest and is in search of a driven Business Development Executive to spearhead this growth.

Challenges you would face

  • Engage 100% with new clients in the U.S. Midwest, focusing on the food industry
  • Target market niches like coffee, confectionery, nuts & dried fruits, and popcorn sectors
  • Preferentially connect with independent, medium/small size companies
  • Work closely with internal teams (Business Development, R&D, Planning, Logistics) for seamless client service
  • Build and maintain robust client relationships, providing customized packaging solutions
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure beneficial agreements
  • Stay abreast of industry trends for potential growth opportunities
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Meet or exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s sales objectives

The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry within the food sector in the USA
  • Proven success in sales and strong negotiation skills
  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally to Colombia
  • Deep understanding of flexible packaging materials, processes, and market trends
