Our client is seeking a highly skilled ERP System Architect specializing in Oracle to join their dynamic team in a remote position based in the US. With over two decades of global success in technology and enterprise security solutions, this company thrives on delivering complex IT solutions across a diverse global market. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead, assist, and execute ERP solutions, specifically within Oracle's ERP system, catering to the business needs of a multinational client base.
Challenges you would face
- Develop a deep understanding of the current Oracle ERP system, suggesting and implementing process improvements, including automation for efficiency gains
- Lead the training of users on Oracle accounting modules, emphasizing the interconnectedness of the ERP system
- Design, test, and implement Oracle ERP solutions, meeting project deadlines
- Utilize integration tools like Boomi or OIC for EDI and Salesforce integration
- Lead complex functional analysis, recommend long-term product solutions, and manage user acceptance and system administration procedures
- Implement application-related controls, manage compliance processes, and provide audit support in collaboration with the IT team
- Engage in professional development to maintain industry knowledge and certifications, recommending the same for team members
The ideal candidate
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
- 7+ years' experience with on-site Oracle ERP, with a comprehensive understanding of all modules
- Demonstrated knowledge in accounting and internal controls within an ERP system
- Experience with ERP implementation in manufacturing settings and inventory management
- Proficiency in RPA, integration tools (e.g., Boomi or OIC), and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills, a collaborative work ethic, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.

- Experience with Tableau for advanced data visualization and analytics
- Proven ability to manage full manufacturing cycles and a deep understanding of the supply chain
